Social Evening
We warmly invite you to this year’s Social Evening, which will take place on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 7 PM to 2 AM at Nikolaushof am Würzburger Käppele. Enjoy a wonderful evening in a unique atmosphere with breathtaking views over the city of Würzburg.
A vegan/vegetarian buffet will be provided, and some complimentary drinks are included in the ticket price. After dinner, awards will be presented, and a DJ will ensure musical entertainment. A special highlight: The PUG Band will be performing live again this year, creating an amazing atmosphere!
Discounted party tickets (30 €, entry from 9:30 PM, 4 complimentary drinks) are available for students and doctoral candidates.

Reduced Participation Fee
When booking the discounted rate for students/doctoral candidates, valid proof of status is required. This must be presented on-site at registration.

Students: A valid enrollment certificate for the summer semester 2025 is required.

Doctoral candidates: If no valid student status is available, an informal letter, dated recently and signed by their supervisor, may be uploaded instead. If needed, you may use the provided template.
